4.2.1电缆导体

导体接纳绞合圆形紧压线芯,紧压系数不小于0.9

4.2.2  导体屏蔽

导体屏蔽接纳交联半导电内屏蔽料挤包,半导电层均匀地包覆在导体上,表面光滑,无明显绞线凸纹,无尖角、颗粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹,在剥离导体屏蔽时,半导电层无卡留在导体绞股之间的现象。

4.2.3绝缘

绝缘质料接纳美国进口陶氏化学阻水树化学交联聚乙烯质料

4.2.4绝缘屏蔽

绝缘屏蔽接纳美国陶氏的交联半导电不可剥离型外屏蔽料挤包,半导电层均匀地包覆在绝缘表面,表面光滑,无尖角、颗粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹

4.2.5金属屏蔽

金属屏蔽由重叠绕包的软铜带组成,铜带接头接纳电弧点焊,并满足短路温度要求;搭盖率不小于20%,不允许负公差。铜带绕包应连续、均匀、平整光滑,不能过紧,在电缆允许弯曲范围内不会断裂和起皱。

4.2.6  相色标志带

在绝缘屏蔽与金属屏蔽之间有沿缆身纵向(黄、绿、红)相色标志带。其宽度不小于2mm

4.2.7成缆填充

电缆缆芯间接纳非吸湿性拼股网状绳紧密无空隙填充,并用无纺布搭盖绕包。内衬层和填充物与电缆运行温度相适应,并对绝缘质料不产生有害影响.

4.2.8  内衬层

内衬层接纳挤包黑色线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)护套料。内衬层必须完整、光滑,无擦伤、划破、穿孔等缺陷。任一点最小厚度不小于标称值的85%

4.2.9钢带铠装

钢带铠装接纳双层镀锌钢带,绕包圆整、光滑。钢带绕包紧密、表面平整、节距均匀、无卷边、漏包、隆起缺陷。

电缆外护套接纳黑色高密度聚乙烯护套料挤包。电缆外护套紧密、表面圆整、光滑,其横断面无肉眼可见的砂眼、夹杂、气泡、未塑化好和焦化等不良现象。

4.2 Product Structure

4.2.1 Cable Conductor

The  conductor using twisted round tight wire core, pressure coefficient is not less than 0.9.

4.2.2 Conductor Screen

Conductor  screen using the semi conductive shield cross linking materials

squeeze out and wrap, semi conductive layer evenly coated on the  conductor, smooth surface, no obvious strand wale, no sharp corners, particles, burned, or scratch marks, in the stripped conductor shielding and semi  conducting layer is not stuck left between the conductors stranded.

4.2.3 Insulation

Insulating  materials is made of the United    States imported Dow Chemical Cross linked  polyethylene material water treeing resistance

4.2.4 Insulation Shield

Insulated shield  by cross linking of the U. S. Dow semi conductive non peeling type the outer  shielding material is extruded, and semi conductive layer evenly coated on the  insulation surface, smooth surface, no sharp corners, particles, burned, or  scratch marks

4.2.5 Metal Shield

The metal shielding composed of soft copper strip overlapping , the copper strip joint by arc spot  welding, and meet the  requirements of short circuit temperature; lap cover rate of not less than 20%,  does not allow negative tolerance.  Copper tape wrapping should be  continuous, uniform and smooth, not too tight, in the Allowable bending range  not fracture and wrinkling.

4.2.6 Phase Color Logo

A longitudinal  (yellow, green and red) phase color mark belt along the cable body is arranged  between the insulating shield and the metal shield. Its width is not less than 2mm.

4.2.7 Cable Filling

The cable core  is filled with non moisture absorbing and non air tight net rope, wrap around  with non-woven fabric, The inner liner and the  filler are adapted to the operating temperature of the cable, and do not have a detrimental effect on the insulating material.

4.2.8  Inner Lining

The inner liner  layer uses the packed black linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) sheath  material. The lining must be complete, smooth, no scratches, perforation and  other defects. The minimum thickness of any point is not less than 85% of the  nominal value.

4.2.9 Steel Tape Armored

Steel tape  armored double galvanized steel tape, wrap around with glossy and smooth. The steel belt has a close, smooth surface, and  has a uniform pitch, no curling, no leakage and no defects.

4.2.10 Outer Sheath

The outer sheath  of the cable is extruded with the material of black high density polyethylene  sheath. Cable outer sheath closely, the surface of a round, smooth, the cross  section of the no visible voids, inclusion, bubble, not good plasticization and  coking and other undesirable phenomena.

电缆使用特 Cable Application Feature

1电缆导体的恒久工作温度等级为(XLPE绝缘)90

Conductor temperature allowd during long term operation is 90

2、短路时(最长连续5S)导体最高温度不凌驾250℃。

When max short circuit in 5S, max conductor temperature can not exceed 250

3电缆安装时的环境温度应不低于0

   Ambient temperature can not be lower than 0, when cable is being installed.
